These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and Membership. By accessing and placing an order with Tradelo Trading Ltd, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service outlined below, together with our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to the entire website, Membership and any email or communications and collectively are referred to as ‘Services’.

If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use our Services. We reserve the rights to change prices and revise the usage policy at any moment. We do not guarantee that our Service, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.

Membership Availability

Our Services are provided for use all day, every day. Should there be a disruption to our service, all necessary protocols are in place to limit downtime. Tradelo Trading Ltd will not be liable if a users’ Membership is interrupted for any reason.

User Login Details

All subscribers have access to login and administer their Membership. Both username and password must be treated as private. You must not share or disclose either username or password to anyone.

Tradelo Trading Ltd reserves the right to disable any user account should a user they fail to comply with the provisions outlined in these Terms.

How you may use the content on our site

We own all intellectual property rights on our website. All content is protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

Content may be used for personal use only. Content may be shared but we should always be referenced as the authors of the content. Content on our site may not be used for any commercial purposes.

No Warranties

The Tradelo Service is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. Tradelo Trading Ltd expressly disclaims all warranties with respect to Services provided. Tradelo Trading Ltd provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, systems or Services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Tradelo Trading Ltd be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever including, but not limited to; damages for loss of capital, for trading interruption, for loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service.

Tradelo Trading Ltd will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other harmful components.

Services are provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its performance, completeness or suitability. You acknowledge that our Service may contain inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Third-Party Services

We may display, include or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications and other products Services) or provide links to third-party websites or Services. Tradelo Trading Ltd does not assume and shall not have any liability or responsibility to you or any other person or entity for any Third-Party Services. Third-Party Services are provided solely as a convenience to you and you access and use them entirely at your own risk. Any links are not to be treated as endorsements by Tradelo Trading Ltd.

Applicable Law

Any dispute arising shall be governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Terms of Sale

To purchase a Membership, a user must be over 18 years of age. When transacting, you agree that; the details provided are accurate and you are the authorised user of the card provided. When an order is successfully placed, an auto-generated email response will notify users, including a download link and user-key access for installation.

Membership Product

Membership is a subscription service which includes access to; the SRM Pro Trading Application, the private virtual trading community on Discord and educational content.

Pricing

Tradelo Trading Ltd reserves the right to change pricing for any reason, at any time. We will notify all users of a change in pricing in advance of making changes. If, for whatever reason, an error is found in the pricing of Memberships purchased, Tradelo Trading Ltd reserves the right to cancel the order without reason and give you the option to re-purchase Membership at the correct price.

Billing Cycle

The subscription fee for our Membership will be billed on a monthly basis. You will pay a pro-rata amount to run until the end of the current calendar month at which point you will be billed on the 1^st day of every month for the duration of your Membership.

Late Payment

If a payment is not successfully settled, due to card expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, administration will continue attempting to charge your account unless you explicitly notify the team of your intentions to cancel your Membership. After 7-days, access to Membership will be revoked and all Membership benefits will cease to be available.

Membership Changes

Should you wish to change your current subscription, you can ‘Login’ to your account via the website. Here you can adjust your Membership details including login details, payment details and Membership types.

Cancellation

Users can at any time give advanced cancellation of their Membership by logging into their accounts via the website. Tradelo Trading Ltd will store data of cancelled Memberships for one calendar month only, from the date of from cancellation. After one month all data will be deleted. Should a user wish to begin a new Membership in the future they would need to start a completely new user journey with no past data available. All Habit Coins earned in prior Membership are not transferable.

Refund Policy

To request a refund, you must contact us at info@tradelo.com . Refunds are not available on Memberships shorter than 1-month. A refund will only be granted if the request is made within 5 days from purchasing Membership. An administration fee of 10% will be deducted from the refundable amount to cover costs of reversing the transaction.

Technology

It is your responsibility to ensure your hardware and software meets the minimum requirements demanded in order to run the application effectively.

Content

Tradelo Trading Ltd reserves the right to update, change, delete any tool/s within the SRM Pro Trading Application. Tradelo Trading Ltd also reserves the right to update, edit and alter any content it provides. Tradelo Trading Ltd will provide regular updates of new features and adjustments to its Services.

Habit Coins

Habit Coins a digital-tokens used within the Tradelo Application. Coins can only be generated through using the application or purchasing directly from Tradelo Limited Ltd . These coins can only be spent on Services provided by Tradelo Trading Ltd. Habit Coins do not provide the holder with any claim on Tradelo Trading Ltd. We reserve the right to remove Habit Coins from any user, at any time and for any reason. Habit Coins can only be purchased from within the SRM Application.

Trader Funding

Tradelo Trading Ltd provides Trader Funding as a product. Traders must complete a test in real-market conditions to gain funding. Passing the test does not guarantee funding. Funding is provided at the sole discretion of Tradelo Trading Ltd management team.

Trader Challenges

Tradelo Trading Ltd provides a platform for traders to compete and challenge other traders in a number of game-style formats. Traders use the in-application currency, Habit Coins, to enter challenges. All Habit Coins staked are paid out at the conclusion of each game, based on pre-determined payout-rules. An administration fee of 15% is deducted before payment is made to winners. Tradelo Trading Ltd reserves the right to cancel any challenge, at any time. Tradelo Trading Ltd reserves the right to request proof of results to ensure a level-playing field and to ensure there is no fowl-play. Traders explicitly agree that when they enter any game format, their trading performance metrics may be uploaded to the Tradelo Trading Ltd server.

Mentoring Services

Tradelo Trading Ltd provides Mentoring as a product. Traders can choose a mentor and pay using only Habit Coins. Mentoring Services are provided by third-party consultants and Tradelo Trading Ltd does not guarantee the service nor does it assume any liability for any loss.
