Tradelo Trading Ltd Affiliation Program Terms of Agreement

This Affiliation Program Terms of Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into between Tradelo Trading Ltd, company number 14280886, hereinafter referred to as “Tradelo,” and the registered affiliates, hereinafter referred to as the “Affiliates.” This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which Affiliates may promote the Tradelo Trading Solution with permission from Tradelo

1.  Affiliation Program

1.1 Registered affiliates may promote the Tradelo Trading Solution, subject to the prior digital approval from Tradelo.

1.2 Tradelo agrees to provide Affiliates with marketing resources upon request, to support their promotional activities.

2.  Training

2.1 Affiliates are required to complete a brief online training session with Tradelo to deliver branding guidelines and product knowledge.

2.2 The purpose of the training is to ensure Affiliates have the necessary knowledge and understanding to effectively promote the Tradelo Trading Solution.

3.  Commission Structure

3.1 In exchange for promoting the Tradelo Trading Solution using their own resources, Affiliates shall be eligible to receive a commission of 25% of the membership fee for an entire year, subject to the following conditions:

3.2 Commissions shall only be paid if the person referred by the Affiliate continues their membership with Tradelo beyond the initial sign-up period.

3.3 Commission payments will cease if the referred member terminates their membership with Tradelo.

3.4 Commissions are calculated based on the membership price after deducting taxes, processing fees, bank charges, and promotional offers.

3.5 Commissions are earned on Monthly and Quarterly Memberships fees received only.

3.6 Tradelo reserves the right to update and/or change the prices charged for new as-well-as existing memberships.

4.  Payment Terms

4.1 Commissions shall be paid out automatically within the first 7 days of each calendar month.

4.2 The initial payment will be made after a minimum of 30 days from the date the first commission is earned.

4.3 Tradelo reserves the right to withhold payment if any clauses of this Agreement are breached or if the Affiliate’s actions damage the reputation of Tradelo in any way.

5.  Confidentiality

5.1 Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of this Agreement confidential and to use it solely for the purposes outlined herein.

5.2 This confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

6.  Term and Termination

6.1 This Agreement shall commence on the effective date of registration as an affiliate and shall continue until terminated by either party.

6.2 Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

6.3 Upon termination, the Affiliate shall cease promoting the Tradelo Trading Solution and will no longer be eligible to receive commissions.

7.  Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any non-contractual obligations, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
